To be eligible for election as an Office Bearer the member must have served at least one year as a Committee member and they must give their consent to being elected either at or prior to the AGM.
Members are reminded that all membership applications and fees must be made by post to the SECRETARY together with a stamped addressed envelope on or before 31st March 2020. Failure to pay by this date will result in membership being deemed to have lapsed.
Current fees are as follows -
New Full Members . .£45.00
Second and Subsequent year Full Members .£35.00
New Associate Members .£50.00
Second and Subsequent year Associate Members £45.00
Group B Members (16-18 year old) . £10.00
Junior Members (under 16 years) ..£ 5.00
Pensioners (over 65 and local member) £10.00

Membership cards should be carried at all times and produced on request of a club bailiff.
Members are also reminded that Salmon are C&R.
All notice of motions must be sent to the Secretary on or before the 8th January 2020.

The Committee would ask members that if they find an incident of pollution of any kind, along any stretch of the river, they report this to the Pollution Hotline on 0800 80 70 60 and obtain and record the pollution incident reference number.
